Carl Mannion is an experienced CDM Consultant working on behalf of landlords and property investors from the UK and overseas.
Prior to this, Carl worked for some of the largest contractors and consultancies in the UK: Babcock, Mace, Bureau Veritas.
Managing over £3Bn in projects globally and supporting medium sized contractors when Better Safety was established, Carl now focuses on supporting landlords and property investors after entering this space, realising that no formal education for this group of construction professional currently exists.
